"This company is a complete scam! I ordered in the middle of March and waited a good week before writing them to find out where is my package... They replied only after my 3rd email in 2 weeks from placing the order saying that they had to "back-order due to high demand" and that I had to wait another week or so... When contacted them again - they said I had never placed an order with them, even though I still had confirmation email stored in my inbox.... After all I had to dispute the charge and fill the complaint."

"Do not do business with this company. They are thieves who engage in dishonest, deceptive and fraudulent merchandising. My wife ordered a trial sample from them which was supposed to cost $4.95. They shipped the sample and then charged our checking account for $79.53. I was able to get the phone number from the charge information and after a long and convoluted run-around the customer service person offered to refund $59.53. Figuring getting a better deal wouldn't be worth the heartburn I accepted. We got an immediate confirmation email. Guess I'm supposed to be grateful that they only stole $15 from us instead of $75. Hmmph."
