"I've shopped with them maybe 4 times, and it's never been without problems. When I bought Dark Souls 2 from them, the checkout broke and charged me multiple times for the game and still didn't process the purchase. So I had essentially paid for multiple copies of the game but didn't actually receive even one. Took days to clear up the problem and even more days to process the refund. Rude customer service.

I've had many similar hangups with their checkout and shopping cart software. Most recently when purchasing a game I realized I was logged out. It prompted me to log in. The banner to go back to the homepage and log in put the game they were promoting into my new cart, and had taken the old one out, thus my shopping cart appeared to stay the same (1) item in cart. Yeah, my fault for not looking at the cart details more closely, but most sites keep your cart contents when you log in from guest, they don't just add whatever the heavily promoted front page product is and not tell you. 0 refund policy here, they just immediately email the key to you which thus invalidates any possibility of seeking a refund according to TOS.

They'll send me coupons and push sales and the promo codes don't work, they send back errors. Bait and switch? Seems like it to me. And be careful with those errors, even if it doesn't complete the order and just tells you there was a problem with your order, there's a good chance their junk store software just "temporarily" charged your credit card and you'll have to wait for the funds to be leveled back.

Loved that debacle with Playfire rewards credit too, man that was a great way to reward customers huh. So many more problems with this horrible store but it's not worth the labor to go through it all point by point.

They repeatedly send me emails, like multiple emails on a near daily basis, and no matter how many times I unsubscribe it just keeps getting turned back on and the emails begin again. Including the most recent one asking me to review their godawful store on this and another review aggregate website. What a pathetic joke. "
