"GMG always has some great sale or mark downs going on. Even when there isn't a huge sale, they typically have a coupon posted giving 10% or so off of your order, which can even extend to new releases.
I can always count on GMG to sell their products marked below the competition. "GMG is a good seller of games and I have gotten some great deals here but does little good if some of my games CAN'T BE PLAYED...For several months now, I have not been able to play or even load my games through the PlayFire client, 5 games that can ONLY be played thru PlayFire! Last year GMG said they were aware of the issue but I have yet to see any results on fixing the client. Also the new Account Settings & My Purchases format is less user-friendly than what was previously available. I do like the Want List tab though.

Delivery has always been instant, and never once have I had an invalid key. It seems others have had this trouble though, and from what I've seen, their CS has always delivered what was promised, be it through a new key, or a discount voucher. "

"GMG frequently offers 20% off or more on AAA game pre-orders, which seems like a hell of a bargain in theory. In reality they frequently have problems fulfilling their pre-orders in a timely fashion. If you pre-order with them don't expect to be able to pre-load your game and definitely don't expect to be able to play it on release. On more than one occasion I've had to cancel and refund my order as it became clear that they just weren't sure when they were going to receive keys. I used to buy with them quite a bit but after the last round of order fulfillment snafus I've stopped doing business with them altogether."
