"I have bought No mans sky from greenmangaming.com for PC and they sent me an activation code which i can use to download the game via Steam. I activated the code on Steam but im not able to download it because a message bubble appears on which says "the game is not available on your current platform". I bought the game for my son who is very upset, sad and was crying a few times about it.
I sent a messege for Steam, but still no answer yet.
Im not able to send any messages for greenmangaming, because theres no such opportunity on their website."

"I am very happy with the purchase but think that they need to say a little more about what to do after buying. I think you need to say that you need to go to another site to download & play your game like I went to Steam. You need to add links to the different sites and say it might take a day before you can download your game, like I did.

"i was just emailed to review this company and my experience with them its a little late but i figured i would share my story.
I ordered Dark souls 3 a week before launch in the hopes of predownloading the game or at least getting it on release day like everyone else. upon release day not only was not offered a code from green-man gaming and my money wasted. if i had not acted and stayed persistent on green man gaming to give me a code IE( Multiple service tickets) and complaints and even a Facebook message then i would have never gotten the game. Upon having this fixed i was offered no explanation of what had happened and a half hearted apology if you could call it one and no compensation or offers for all the trouble i had been through to fix their mistake. i will never buy from greenman gaming ever again. the shiny discounts of AAA Games lure you in but do not be fooled if you are looking for integrity and competence you will not find it here. stick to steam"

AND... I had a most unusual experience when I form-emailed Green Man to let them know about that confusion: I got a friendly and helpful email back... IN NINE MINUTES! Usually when you fill out tickets at company sites you're lucky if you hear back in much less than nine DAYS!
