"I attempted to order a game on a specific platform and after my order processed it showed it was for a PC instead. I immediately searched the website to find customer service contact info (not easy to find) and sent them a message asking to cancel my order or switch it to the platform I had intended to buy for. They refused either option and I'm left with a keycode to a game I can't use. Their response via their helpdesk lacks any empathy or compassion. I will never use them again."
