"We were very happy with the price of the dining table set -- $1400 less than at the store and around $800 less than the online internet retailers we typically check out or purchase from. The table arrived in perfect condition and we were able to examine all the pieces before signing off on the delivery. We had read a number of less-than-good reviews about the delivery company and so had some concerns, but for our purchase there was nothing that went wrong and we are satisfied. The only "complaint" we might have is that the delivery date was pushed back three times, but we understand that the supply chain is warped these days and that's the way it is for every distributor.
We also liked the clear communications from DiscountBandit regarding our order -- very prompt and honest and clear about the process and who they are and what they do.

Furniture needed to be touched up but they could not provide for that so they just took some money off. I was able to retouch it myself. They put a claim in to the shipper, (which was horrible to deal with) even though I told them it was a manufacturing issue, not a shipping issue. I am still trying to get them to rectify that."
