“I sincerely apologize for the delivery of your order taking longer expected. I can say this is not usual. Unfortunately, it looks like you placed your order on a Friday, before a three day weekend. There was an effort to get your order out earlier than stated but due to USPS not in service that Sunday and Monday the shipping didn't start moving until Tuesday. From that Tuesday, it looks like your order was delivered within three business days. We hope that you will try our service again in the future and find that we actually do have a very quick turn around time.
