"Greeting card Universe created a beautiful card for my brother....it was Beautiful and Perfect when it arrived and he loved it! However, USPS completely
screwed up the delivery. Card arrived later than expected because USPS CANT READ! Card was asdressed correctly by GreetingcardUniverse, however USPS sent me a notice that said it was undeliverable" because of a bad address! Anywhoo, I called Greetingcarduniverse and their customer service was EXCELLENT and helpful. They re-sent another card and gave me some credit for a future purchase.
I will definitely use their service again! Review should be 5 stars, but only gave 4 because of delivery issues...."
