"Found the customisation process a little frustrating, as it's not clear how many characters fit in the 1st box, and the fact you need to use the 2nd box. It took several trial and error attempts to get the information needed to fit, over both text boxes. However, once mastered, the rest of the service was prompt and efficient, and the quality of the product was good."

Disappointing that there was no provision to order additional envelopes.
The envelope provided was poor because they did not go through computer printer properly
About 1/2 of envelopes provided jammed because they were not all the same size and were to "slick" so they bundled and 3 envelopes printed at once with some of the address on each making 3 envelopes un-usable."

They give u a choice if you want to personalize the card. You can get them with a matted finish or a glossy finish. These cards are absolutely beautiful.
