"Pros: Their website has a better choice than any traditional store, and every other online card retailer I looked at. Their prices are comparable to other online card sellers and much lower than traditional stores.
The ability to customize the cards almost entirely is superb. The fact they can send directly to a U.K. recipient from within the U.K. was a major plus for me. The order was confirmed via email immediately and shipping was confirmed on the selected mailing date. The card arrived at the U.K. recipient the day after it was sent, typically 6 days faster than mailing it from the U.S.
Cons: The main downside is not having that personal handwritten element, unless you want them to mail the card to you, and then you mail it on to the intended.
They charged $1.06 for postage, yet the recipient told me it had 40 pence of stamps on it. That's a hidden 100% markup on postage, but still about half the price it would cost to mail from the U.S., so no big deal!
Overall: Excellent service that I will continue to use for all cards in the future.
