"I was extremely pleased to be able to get a very specific congratulations (Eagle Scout ) card as well as have many choices. I chose three cards and followed the same ordering prompts for all of them. All three could be customized with an individual's name. I chose not to customize. When my cards arrived one of them had the name printed on the online sample on my card!!! I was disappointed and worried that I would not get a replacement in time for the event. I called customer service immediately. The representative reordered the card and shipped it priority mail at no cost to me. It arrived in time for me to use it at the event. Fortunately I had ordered the cards ten days in advance of needing them or I may not have been so lucky. "
