"Card was dispatched next day as promised (confirmed by post mark) and was just what I was looking for. Postal delay meant card took 9 days to arrive to the UK, which is outside supplier control, but I chased after a week to ask that dispatch be confirmed (and that this was from UK as opposed to US) and never even got a reply. As far as they are concerned, the card may never have arrived as I never followed up, awaiting a reply to my original email. Disappointing given cost of card."
