"After receiving e-mail confirmations, I went to Target to
pick up my orders. The Target clerk looked through her
files and found nothing. She went on line and discovered
that both orders had been cancelled. She said there were
no specifics--just the word 'cancelled'. This is my second
experiece with ordering from you. The first was completely
succesful. This was the opposite.

“I'm very sorry to hear of your experience! Did you try reaching out to our customer support? Looks like your order was cancelled on Targets end. We are more than happy to be of assistance in resubmitting or redirecting your order if needed. Looks like your first order was mailed which is a different service than having them printed at Target. Regardless, we expect all cards mailed and or printed at Target to be printed in the best of quality and received in a timely manner. I will be following up with an email to see how we may be able to make this right by you.”
