I sell building insulation and received multiple pages and data with siding, roofing materials, and decorative stone. After requesting a more focused approach, I was told that the "insulation industry" is not a thing! Did not end well...
Better idea: pay for pieces of market research that already exists and was done by one of the several reputable market research companies.

"The business plan template was very helpful, where our issue lies is in the market research component. Hard push on upsales as you try to just purchase your business plan template. Felt pressured into purchasing the market research because "you need the numbers" to fill into your business plan. I figured I'd buy it, thinking it was refundable like the business plan template... WRONG. I'm fighting to get my $397 back for a service I didn't need, and didn't use. It cost the company nothing, and yet I'm having to fight tooth and nail. Horrible. I was pointed in the direction of the "refunds" page, you know because I should have searched the pages for that before buying. The no refunds for the market research makes since if we had initiated something, but we didn't. Watch that fine print folks.
