"After purchase there was endless (6 minute) video selling market research service, after which the link took me to a webpage which my browser blocked for being infected. I also recived a confirmation email with a link to the template....another blocked page which AVG say was infected. At this point I assume it's a scam and I've lost whatever money has been taken from my card.
Thought I'd give them a chance and sent email to customer service. They responded pretty quickly and attached the template as files and another link.
I've only glanced at the template and it looks quite comprehensive and the sort of thing I remember from a brief spell at Business School.
I'm writing this now to get a further discount from the cost of purchase and I'm hoping to have an improving experience without being plagued by upselling that other reviewers seem to have suffered."
