"I've gotta be honest, I was skeptical about buying an unlocked phone again from a non-manufacturer. I'd been burned before by opened boxes, broken factory seals, fingerprints on handsets, scratches, etc. Basically anything you could think of that would mean the equipment was NOT new. Thus, I had a brief chat online with one of your folks there and asked some very specific questions. I admitted they might have sounded a bit weird, but they said, no, not at all, and assured me that all the phones are brand spankin' new. So, I ordered... and prayed it was true.
