I asked many questions regarding the Nokia Lumia 920 and requested many updates, yet every single enquiry was handled quickly and flawlessly. It was a very long wait for the phone (almost 4 weeks), but GSM Nation staff were always very helpful in providing updates.

The phone arrived very quickly in good condition. Packaging was very good and protective. However, my particular unit had a slight camera defect. It was exchanged very quickly in under 3-4 business days.

"GSM Nation is THE BEST online store for cellphones I have ever tried.
I was very interested in the Lumia 920 back in Nov, 2012. And I noticed that GSM Nation had ATT unlocked version for sale at a very reasonable price. So I ordered it without a second thought. But one day later, the webpage for the ATT unlocked version was gone, so I contacted the sales manager at GSMNation. To be honest, I was expecting something nasty, like "My money can't be returned and I need to add $200+ to get the factory unlocked version". To my surprise, however, the sales manager swiftly responded to me and said they were sorry for the inconvenience and they would send me a factory unlocked version by the end of the week AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. And that is what they did.

I was very reluctant and doubtful to go ahead with the purchase. The shopping experience was simple and easy.

Before buying the device I had few queries and I used the chat tool to clear all that. The customer service people were really helpful.

The phone is too gud except for a minor glitch. I wonder how you guys are able to give devices at such a low cost. I saved a lot.

I had this problem of not able to connect headsets to the device. Including the one that was provided in the box.

Right now I am able to use only headphones with my device. May be I should buy a Bluetooth stereo headset to overcome the glitch.
