I've read good reviews on GSM Nation before I decided to purchase my Motorola atrix from them.

I received my handset very promptly. However, there was something wrong with my handset (kept crashing).

Emailed them and was offered a replacement. I decided to return the set for a refund. Simple as that. This is what I call service especially coming from Singapore. Here, its really tough to return faulty products, let alone a full refund.

I am very sure I will be buying another mobilephone from GSM Nation is the near future.

"Well where can I start; these guys are just terrific.
I am in Australia, and wanted the new HTC Desire HD, but on the 850mhz network (Telstra locally for us). Not many options available locally.
I sent these guys a number of e-mails to start with, and they responded in extremely quick and efficient manner (they actually read the e-mails, and responded to all of the questions contained within it. So often you only get half an answer to you e-mail). No question was too stupid for these guys.
I then took the plunge, and had my phone in my hands in 4 working days; fantastic service from the US to Australia. It was in the mail pretty much immediately.
Further, they then tracked my parcel, and offered to help, and gave advice, as to how to get it here faster.
Their customer service has been just well better then any other online store I have ever dealt with. Their prices are also very competitive, as is their postage.
So two thumbs up for GSM Nation. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends!"

A representative called me to let me know of the situation and told me that they would inform me next day about its status. I continued to receive daily calls every single day on its update. i Called to ask information about purchasing 2 Phones, they were very nice to me on explaining me the feature of the Phones and i never felt pushed into purchasing NOW, which is a thing that it drives me crazy.

PURCHASE
i have searched online and tried to deal with others to purchase these 2 Phones (specifically 2 Samsung i9000 Galaxy S) and "GSM Nation" offered me the best deal especially because the phones that they were selling me had some unlocked characteristics that others didn't have.

SHIPPING
i placed the order on Thursday and about 2 hours after i placed the ordered OnLine i received a phone call by "GSM Nation" asking me if i was at home on Saturday, because in that case they would have put the Saturday Delivery... the Next Day the package was already at the FedEx Facility in my town and so i decided to go pick up on my own the Package without waiting for the Delivery next day.

PERFECT AS DESCRIBED
the Phones were brand new, still with all the Samsung Stickers, but as i was advised the packages were open because they had to use the Phones for a short time to UnLock some features... in any case it's obvious that the phones are perfectly NEW.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
my Friend, the one that purchased the second Phones, after he inserted his SIM Card realized that he ordered the wrong version because this didn't pick up the 3G band that he needed, so the next day we called "GSM Nation" and asked what we could have done to exchange the Phone... without any question, they gave my friend a mailing address to which he had to mail the Phone and since the Phone was still in brand new condition they waived his re-stocking Fee.

THEY TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS NEEDS
i found out that there is an Upgrade for my Phone, but before doing it i went ahead and called "GSM Nation" and asked if there is a problem with the UnLocked feature in the case i UpDate my Phone with the New Operating System Version which would change the Firmware, they simply answered to me that i can go ahead and do ti and in case i have a problem, i can call them and they will help me re-enabling all the features that i paid to have.
