What i really liked was two things; first, There was a ton of communication letting me know my order was received, processed and shipped. Second, When I received my item, the invoice was hand signed with a written "Thank You" for my order and it just left me feeling like I was dealing with another smaller business who was able to add the human touch and made me feel like I was important to them.
