"Safe was quickly shipped. As others stated there is a interior smell that seems to subsiding as time goes by. I am very happy with the door organizer that was built in. I ordered the Browning Flexible EverDry Dehumidifier. The wiring comes thru the back of the safe. At the same time I added an outlet inside the safe, along with lighting that is controlled from a door switch. The lighting sure helps and the dehumidifier takes card of the moisture issues. I am very pleased with the safe, I only have 6 rifles and 8 pistols so this safe has room for additional firearms."

"Gunsafes.com has a good website and good customer service; they had the best prices around for my item (Liberty Door Panel 17); if I had one complaint it would be the item shipped from the manufacturer and it took the full 5-7 business days; to Gunsafes credit it was noted when I ordered; so Gunsafes.com give full disclosure on this particular item; so it wasn't a surprise, per say; I was just surprised Liberty took the full 7 business days; nonetheless, the item arrived, everything was as described and it was packed well and shipping was free; again for the price, which was almost $40 cheaper than Cabelas, I can't complain too much"

"When I asked local merchants how long it would take if I were to custom order a Cannon Safe, they said, 'Good Luck With That, 12-14 weeks' and they couldn't garantee that it would not take longer. I tried ordering Cannon through Gunsafes.com because the web site said 8-10 weeks. There were difficulties with expiditing my order for a large Cannon safe. I believe the issues in getting a custom order Cannon Safe are not associated with gunsafes.com or their distributors, all of which have good BBB ratings. "The time it took to get the safe from the day I placed my order was not what I had hoped...almost two weeks, which complicated things since I had gone on vacation out of state having anticipated it being there earlier. I understand why (came direct from manufacturer) but wish that had been clearer on website. The shipping company they used stank (I said "after 4pm" and they called at 2:30 and said "now or never." Was NOT happy) but that is not really under the control of gunsafes.com. "

"My only,I guess you would peeve, would be that I had ordered the chrome lock and handle package but wound up with gold. If you could,send me the five chrome handles in place of the gold and I'll deal with the gold lock. The chrome handles-not the gold. Was told over a month ago that chrome handles were going to be shipped , was contacted once by Michele, tried to call her back but was told that she was outside and haven't heard from anyone since. Poor PR work. Also was told by Sara Collins that the chrome option was not available at time of my order ,but,that wasn't true.Someone screwed up,but I did not want to have to wait another 7 wks or so to have another safe made and shipped all over again Still no response as of 04-08-12 concerning anything. End of April now and still no response or anything from gunsafes. All talk no action. Dont want the GOLD SPOKES CHROME!!!!!"
