"I ordered a Nanovalut Combo Large Gunsafe on 12/7/11 for a total cost of $49.95. It arrived defective, the combo lock was defective and the safe couldn't be opened. I called to advise the safe didn't work and was told I had to send a copy of the receipt and a description of the problem to an e-mail address (****@****). I did so and got no response. I resent the e-mail including the receipt and order number (129689)a week latter and still got no response.
I still have the safe and it still doesn't work, your customer service is terrible. I'm probably lucky to only be out $49.95. "

"I had received the safe and it would not open. I put in new batteries after calling and being instructed to do that. Still did not open I asked if there was any adjustment that be done as I already installed it. No help there. I adjusted the safe by myself and like a door on a car adjusted the door and the latch myself to make the safe open. I have the safe with the finger print scanner and having gun safe that would not open was not my idea of why I purchased this item. Customer service was no help. "
