"Very good support. At first I thought I was contacting Google for support, and was a bit surprised to be connected to a support site that charged for what I thought would be a simple fix. I did opt to get a two-year subscription, and will use them again if something goes wrong. The technician did a comprehensive clean-up and fixed my original problem. He also was able to turn off a persistent warning message I was getting that shouldn't have applied to my system, so that was a nice thing as well."
