but I was told the service was free than towards the end I was told there would be a fee to fix my PC, this was not fair as it is misleading, at that point I had no other choice but to pay to get the work completed, if I had known at the start I would have taken my PC to the repair shop next door to my flat, I am happy the work was done but disgusted that I had to pay, I felt it was underhand and feel cheated.

"The technician Pratap Bhandari was very helpful and respectful during the interview to fix the system issues on my computer. The only issue I had was I began speaking with someone at 10:15a.m. and the process was approximately 2 hours, however I understand that in the future I will not have so many issues as I will be able to resolve them with the technician in a timely fashion. I think most of the time was spent on introduction to the Guru company by showing me on the computer the errors I had which I think was very beneficial. I don't see how the time really could be lessened. Everyone was courteous and I am appreciative of their service and assistance. Thank you.

"Not as good as in the past. The three technicions I have dealt with today failed to establish a connection and that made a total of about ten hours to repair fault. In the past, your guys have always quickly disabled the Norton Firewall and that has done the trick. It was only my sudden thought about the firewall that the third guy then uninstalled Norton and reinstalled it to cure the problem. Also, the telephone line in third session was terrible and could not hear each other!!!"

"all in all I am really happy with the service I've received. There are a few small suggestions though:
1) in Canada we have provinces not states. not a huge deal but it kind of annoys a lot of us.
2) in Canada we don't have zip codes we have postal codes. again, not a huge deal but irritating.
3) unless specifically stated otherwise the assumption is that any price quoted is in Canadian dollars. it would be helpful to specify that the price is in USD.
4) everyone of your agents tried to upsell me - this is fine. but when I have said I can't afford it right now back off. linda in particular was bad for that.

other than those things the service was exceptional and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and seemed interested in making my world a better place. thank-you
