"Bought a $170 fridge drawer!! Ended up with a mess from a different seller and had to return this to HNK. They did not instruct me correctly. Shipped at my $35 cost back to HNK. They then told me I shipped it, package unopened, to the wrong location (the only one on the website), and an RMA is REQUIRED. When I previously asked for an RMA, I was NOT given one. HNK solution? "Sorry, your return will probably get thrown out. Sorry.". ZERO REFUND.

"Bought the wrong compensator, ultimately took $75 loss to return it. Terrible customer service . The springs crap out in the extended mag for the HK VP9. Steer clear from this company. I wouldn't recommend nor would I make another purchase from them."

"Purchased a few magazines from their website and paid $20 extra for faster shipping as these were a birthday gift to my father-in-law. I bought the products about a week and a half before his b-day and the products just sat in as "processing" the while time. Finally called them to see what was going on as I needed them in 3 days. It was a mess up on their end and in order to get my items to me on time I had to pay an extra $30 to have them shipped over night to me. The person I spoke to would not even budge on that extra cost, even though it was clearly their fault. I'll look else ware for parts in the future and steer clear of this price gouging site. "

Even their manager is aggressive and impatient, it sounds like she doesn’t want to deal with you at all and want you just stfu. "This is my second order with HK Parts, both of which were received in a very fast timeframe. I have to admit I got nervous after reading a lot of bad reviews as this second order was not the cheapest. But, I was very happy when the items arrived and I saw the quality. I hope this review helps to offset the bad reviews out there as twice now I have received very nice products in a very fast timeframe. This is a small business that provides, in my opinion, better service than some of the larger companies out there. I will order from them for All my HK needs."

They have answered all my emails in a speedy manner, us usually the next day. I’ve never heard of them until last month (May 2022) and now I’m a customer for life.

"I needed to exchange a part (part was brand new in original package). Got a confirmation email from HK Parts to ship part back for store credit and email said "We will take care of it for you." After part was received by HK Parts (confirmed by UPS tracking), no credit for the exchange was issue. HK Parts won't return emails / calls since.
Would give zero star if possible."
"Worst company in the world they wont do anything but rip you off.got my order in $127.98 they sent the wrong parts so i sent them back and while waiting on my refund for them i placed a 2nd order for other parts ( should of known better after reading reviews) . the 2nd order i placed which was for $35.02 showed up and when they finally got around to refunding me they refuned my order for $35.02 the parts i still have instead of the ones i sent back minus their restock fee. Talking to their customer service is a joke and apparently they are perfect and don't make mistakes even after i told them i have pics of what i sent back along with UPS weights and packing slip they say i am wrong and stole over $100 dollars from me ( leasson learned ).

"I purchased a few products from this company. I purchased a handgaurd and the description says good to excellent. It was of poor quality. They won't return item because they state all sales are final on surplus parts. I ordered a spring for a bolt and it was too long. They either said they will do a store credit or refund with a 20% restocking fee. I also ordered a brand new locking piece and required grinding to fit. Their customer service is horrible. Save your money. "
"Being extremely cautious with my purchases, I always confirm stock by phone or email prior to purchase. I purchased the H&K Claw scope mount and confirmed via email with Ashley that it is in stock and ready to ship prior to my purchase. I got my product in two days. I have been searching all over for one year for this part as no one appears to have it in stock and held off with this dealer due to reviews until there really is no other options. The part is exactly what I want as I know the product number, etc of the part. It is important for others to understand that online purchases does not allow you the opportunity to see and feel what you are buying, so knowing exactly what you want ahead of time is critical or you will occasionally be disappointed. That reminded me of years ago when I purchased what I thought was a great 35mm SLR camera only to see that it was a cheap compact camera made with cheap plastic that looks like a SLR. I always do my research ever since that and have no problems. There is also the part about availability. Always confirm availability prior to purchase. I can tell that this company is pretty small with a store front just from simple research, so I would not expect that they would be able to update their online system line Amazon or other large online retailers can. As a result ALWAYS confirm availability prior to purchase or be ready for a loooong wait or order cancelation (think about all of the boats filled with products in the west coast that is not docking right now and all the people that just won't work because it is more profitable by not working than working in many places). This company did not do anything unethical nor was the product other than what they advertised. "
