Overpriced and didn’t get what I ordered

"Overpriced … I paid about $81 for a balloon bouquet that it was supposed to be themed “it’s a boy” and not even one of the balloons delivered were boy theme - it would have been Breyer for me to make it myself and deliver to front desk "

Avoid, awful experience

"I ordered a floral from this website to be delivered at the hospital. What was sent was a huge disappointment, it didn’t even resemble the floral arrangement that I had purchased. The roses were browning, the stems on the carnations were broken, and half the flowers were cut too short and were below the vase. There was also an over abundance of greenery, and clearly less flowers. When I reached out to them, they sent me a copy of their substitution policy. I will never use them - I could have gotten a nicer arrangement and saved a lot of money if I’d gone to the grocery store."

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

"I placed an order in the morning for delivery to a new mom congratulating her on her new baby. They were delivered to her past midnight, and only after searching high & low for delivery. Not even sure where they were dropped off.
The bouquet was disappointing at best.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.
I paid $80 for about $5 worth of flowers and maybe a $2 vase. I also asked they include a balloon which was an extra $8, it was not even fully inflated, I guess you have to pay more for extra helium.
You are better off finding a local florist that delivers to the hospital.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE QUALITY.

Very happy with the service

"I was a bit worried after reading so many negative reviews but decided to give it a try anyway since we live about 4 hours away from our 4 year old nephew and really wanted to make him feel better. I ordered a stuffed animal and rainbow balloon bouquet at about 7pm. The stuffed animal got there the following morning and the balloons arrived at about 5 pm. They were from two different vendors apparently. Anyhow it was nice that they were able to be delivered to his room. I’m very happy with the service."

Save yourself the embarrassment and buy H-E-B

"Definitely not what I was expecting and definitely not what I paid for. These are cheap flowers. I had to apologize out of embarrassment for what was sent. This was meant to congratulate them on their birth of their twins. Definitely feel taken advantage of. I wish I was allowed to post the picture of what was an idea of what it would be to what was actually sent. Almost $90 for $15 H‑E‑B bouquet. "

"I was frustrated at first due to the flowers not getting delivered. However, Bill contacted me the next day first thing in the morning and got right on it. The flowers were imediately delivered and were beautiful. Thank you, Bill for correcting the error. We all make mistakes.

buyer beware

"I ordered an $80 gift basket to be delivered. After almost a week, I had not heard anything, I emailed them. They said, "we can't deliver that order to a hospital, it has to be a home address". I asked them why the heck they never contacted me about it. Like seriously you have my money! So . . .I gave them a home address. I was having issues with the address so tried to call them. Every single call was dropped and that's after being on hold for 15-30 minutes. The recipient of the gift lives in AZ. I finally got a tracking number after two weeks and the package is being shipped from TX. I suppose it was my fault for not checking into this company first. I DID think they were affiliated with the hospital my friend was in but obviously not. I will never use them again. I only hope the package I picked out is really worth the $80. I have my doubts now."

Eleven days, not next day

"I placed an order on a Thursday through the website. Apparently I missed a flash that said the item I chose was for home delivery only. The website allowed me to choose Akron Childrens as the delivery address from their drop down menu. It never asked for a home address. Later that day I got an email saying it was for home delivery only. I was unable to contact them until the following Monday ( I was out of town). I was told that it would be delivered Tuesday morning. On Thursday it had still not been delivered. I called again and was told it would be delivered the following Monday. Eleven days, not next day and even if you subtract the time I was unable to call it is still 7 days. Not acceptable. The website should ask for a home address, not allow you to choose a hospital if it cannot be delivered."

THE ABSOLUTE WORST

"My daughter was in the hospital for surgery. I order flowers and spent a lot of money at 6:30 am with guaranteed delivery the same day. They never showed up. When I called the customer service, they had no explanation why it was not sent. I did have a confirmation email and all. They said it was too late to still deliver. They were rude, unapologetic, and did not seem to care at all. I will never use them again."

Don't use them - you will embarrass yourself.

"We ordered flowers for someone who had a baby. We used this company because they specialize in hospitals. The mom sent us a picture of the flowers and we were speechless. It was nothing like what was shown on the website. I was angry and embarrassed and sad. Other online florists are much better, and I regret I did not stick with them. "

Dissatisfied customer.

"The women who helped me was fine. I bought some ornaments. Then decided to buy a seahawk clock. When got home realized I only had one receipt. Did not have one for the clock. Wasn't to worried about it liked the clock didn't foresee any reason to want to return it. But does work. Falls behind on time. Keep resetting it. By next day will be like hour off. Called them said would not return it without a receipt. But never had one. Told them I could show it on my statement and how much I paid for it. Said no! So I have a clock that don't work and out 30.00 dollars. Will be a lot more careful about what I buy from a hospital gift shop."

Very Frustrated

"I have been trying to contact this company for a few hours. I have sent emails and sat on hold. My flowers were not delivered and my friend was discharged early so I want the flowers sent to her home. However, there is no way to get a hold of anyone.... at all besides leaving a voicemail?

I was under the impression that I was ordering from the hospital not a 3rd party service.

Very frustrated.

"DO NOT USE!!! Ordered "next day" delivery, one week later they are still undelivered. Multiple calls and emails, still not done. Finally opened despite wjth credit card to get money back. Ridiculous. "

Do Not Use

"Ordered flowers and teddy bear for grandbaby early in the morning. The customer service said it would be delivered that day by 5pm. Never delivered. Tried calling several times and left messages. Never heard back from them and flowers never delivered. Now it's next day and baby is being discharged. Terrible customer service. I wish I had read other reviews before ordering. Would advise NOT to use this company. I went through hospital web site and thought it was from hospital. Was not. Now to stop payment. Please never order from this company. "

My Daughter Never Got Hers

"Ordered yesterday at 5:00pm and here it is 5:00pm the next day and they are releasing her from the hospital and no flowers. I was told on the phone if they don't make it to her at the hospital they will get to her home and it turns out that she doesn't live near one of their vendors so only thing they offer is a refund. I won't put all my faith in a company like this again. They even called my daughters room advising her they were coming ruining the surprise. Terrible customer service as he smacked his gum and talked as if it was no big deal. You had 1 job and didn't get it done. What a shame!"
