"On Sunday I ordered a hip kit from your Company. I paid for an expedited 2 day delivery. On Thursday afternoon I called and was informed that they has not been shipped, but may arrive Tuesday, 9 days after my order. Wife got out of the hospital today, and we have no hip kit."

"Through my own fault, I ordered an item that was on backorder and would ship when back in stock. I failed to notice this until one day later (today). I called to just cancel the order or see how long the wait would be and was told by the cs person (who I could barely understand as she spoken very quickly with a heavy accent and lots of background noise...I asked her to please speak a little slower and then I could understand her) that she would put a message through to someone who would email me with info about when it would ship. I said can I just cancel the order and she said no, I would have to wait 24 hours till I got an email. I don't understand at all....if I placed the order, saw that it was on backorder and wouldn't ship till back in stock...why can I not just cancel the order??? I understand I should have noticed the note about it being on backorder, but I did not and all I am asking is to cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled or shipped yet! for this reason I give this company 1 star. "
