"I ordered filters that I needed as soon as possible for a Nebulizer. The order page indicated that it would take 7 to 10 business days for "normal" shipping, but the agent I spoke to on the phone assured me in the most positive terms that notwithstanding what the website said about delivery times, I would almost assuredly receive my order by Thursday, May 16th, because my filters were in stock and the company would therefore ship them out right away. Well, it's now May 17th, and my order has not yet even shipped. I only proceeded to place my order because of the agent's assurances that I'd have my filters by the end of the week. It is now the end of the week and my order has still NOT been shipped. "
