"It has been yrs since my mother had bought herself mastectomy bra's so we set a time and got on the computer. Spent quality time choosing the bra's she wanted. The prosthesis that she used to get were obsolete. We were not able to order the prosthesis for her because it wouldn't let us add to the cart so we are hoping to hear from someone during the week. She will be lifted high in no time. "

"When I placed the order, you made it seemed like my order was going to be mailed soon. I would like to know when exactly I will be receiving the product."
"I placed an order with your company based on the competitive price for the item of interest and the confidence I had in your company based on the ordering process . I placed the order and received an immediate response indicating my order had been placed ( great response), the response also indicated I would be notified when the ordered was shipped. I waited 2 days for a response none received so I called customer service who indicated the item was not in stock nor a possible date when it would be shipped. Due to the inability to get a definite answer I canceled my order. I was told I would receive a full refund to my card in 2-3 business days . ( still waiting) only been 1 day since I canceled. After speaking to customer service and lack of concern and ability to fully answer my questions I felt a sense of disappointment and reluctance with your company . I will need supplies in the future and based on the time it takes to get my credit card refunded will determine if I attempt to use your company in the future. Price is one part of the customer service experience the other is how quickly you respond to the customer needs. My need at the moment is a timely refund . Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback."
