A rep from HTH Travel Insurance, PPhth, has responded:
“We apologize for this misunderstanding. We did receive your email on 03/02, from the email address, snoshu@aol.com. We replied that same day, approximately 20 minutes later with the following, "Can you please advise if you have left your home already, if there are any pending claims against the current policy, and if your incurred any fees or penalties by your travel suppliers for changing your return?".
We try to reply to all of our emails within an hour of receiving them, and if you do not receive a reply, please do not hesitate to call us. Unfortunately, because you had already left your home according to the departure date in the policy, we are unable to make changes to the policy. If you did not already leave your home as of 03/02, then please provide proof of the correct travel dates to tripprotection@hthworldwide.com and the answers to the previous reply we sent and we will be happy to amend your travel dates for you.”
