"Heard some good things over at a couple of message boards so wanted to try out how they are.

Ordered on the 6th and shipped out next day, however, I did not get confirmation of order being shipped out due to a computer error on their side. I sent them a message asking if there was a problem, received email next day explaining what had happened. This was not a huge problem however, as my order was shipped and on time. Just caused me to be a bit uneasy for a day.

Since it was shipped via UPS ground (free), it took a while for the package to reach me, though it was within their advertised (3-5 days) time frame. Package was neatly packed and arrived intact.

Overall, I'm very pleased with my first experience here. They do indeed ship out faster than newegg, from my experience, and they offer better prices than Newegg too."
