"This hair is horrible. Unfortunately, hair that I got is very poor quality. Its either over processed with all the bleaching and chemical treatment or just not natural. I purchased in past from this seller and was very happy. I didn't have any doubt to buy again but was very disappointed. Hair is always tangled half way down. Even right after combing it will tangle right away. Its very frustrating to deal with hair like this. It looks more like a doll hair. I did reach out to seller but all I got is penny back which doesn't help with my problem. I just wanted to share my experience with others so they would know what they go for and be ready to redo whole thing."

"I have very high quality shampoo and conditioner and used a high quality heat protectant but still was stuck with rats nests, major split ends and overall brittle hair stuck in my hair. I'm very sad because I truly thought I would love these. I did love them once I got them but within a week of wearing them it was like I was wearing cheap extensions that I couldn't take out! You never know exactly what your product will be until you try it out and I bought them knowing this. Save your money and buy high quality hair some where else. I'm down a couple hundred bucks now and all I wanted was a boost of confidence. What I got was a head full of adhesive and dead hair that never dried and knotted and broke. SAVE YOUR MONEY"
"Do not order tape in hair from them!!! The quality is very poor! I have been wearing hair extensions for years now and have never worn such bad hair! It tangles and matts up throughout the day and looks like a rats nest! I have had it in less than a month! It's crap!!!"

"I ordered 18 inch hair extensions but they didn't have it in stock so instead of contacting me to refund me my money or ask me if I would like something else in exchange, they took it upon themselves and upgraded me automatically to 20 inch which I absolutely didn't want. When I said I just want me refund they offered to send me two pairs but I never received the second pair. Speaking to them didn't get me anywhere bc it was different costumer service rep each time who didnt know that someone at their company offered me second pair of extensions for free. So they apologized for a missunderstanding and refunded me 5.00$"

"I have only had dealings with this company twice and both times I did not receive what I ordered. The first time the color I wanted was found to be unavailable and I was sent an alternate color. Though the color was not as ordered I thought the quality was good and perhaps I could just mix it with the actual color I wanted. I ordered again this past Friday and after a week I contacted them regarding my order. Once again the color I ordered was unavailable; dark brown is what I wanted how hard could that be. I was promptly refunded but highly disappointed TWICE!!"
