The only suggestion that I have is that you let customers know that the banner has to dry for 24 hrs after the order is approved. I went with HPB because I could get (had to have) the banner within 2 days, but had to pay an extra fee of $20 to overnight my banner, due to the drying time.
I will definitely purchase banners from HPBs in the future!
