"I submitted files that would work but weren't high resolution. I appreciate getting the email warning me of this. My marketing dept. wasn't able to give me the files in a higher resolution, but rather the pieces to put together to create what I wanted. Jose was wonderful to work with and he put the files together to make the banner. Turnaround time was 1 week from start to receipt. If I had to find a negative, it would be that the color wasn't the same as the PMS color I submitted, but it is close enough to use. Thank-you. I look forward to recommending you."
