"For reasons unknown, Hammacher Schlemmer has no capability to order online with a LogIn. All required information (i.e. shipping and billing) has to be input each time one orders. Although the website says they have a Login, it will fail to recognize an email from which one is ordering!
Customer Service says they are "working" on this and hopefully within the next year will have that capability.
In this day and age, it's unheard of for a company of this size and quality not to have online purchasing with Login capabilities. It is equally baffling that it will take more than a year (as this problem has existed for months already) to remedy this problem."
