"I've been wanting to buy online from this company for a long time, this morning got on the telephone because the card I was using was international so the 4 digit postcode wasn't accepted on the net. All v good though a couple of hiccups which had to be corrected as the operator, Rhidian, went on, including that shipping for an 8.5lb item showed far too high, which he fixed (down to about $54 because it was speedy shipping). The line fell out and I had to begin again with Bonny, who clearly hates her job and her life and the people she has to deal with. After a very long time with all details from the start and her telling me the shipping was correct at $144 and the earlier employee hadn't been there very long and was wrong to believe that figure to ship 8.5lb to California was wrong, my patience with this prickly unpleasant person expired. I went elsewhere. So disappointing."
