"I haven't received my item yet so I can't speak about the shipping process or how things might go if there is a return. But I believe I will have a good experience in both situations. I mean, any company that will pay your shipping back to them for any reason whatsoever (e.g., just not liking an item), is already awesome in my book. And your lifetime warranty means that you have your customer's back. That is a really good feeling to have in this day and age.
Just so you know, I already ordered this item from a company that resells some of your returned products (for about half price on ebay). Although I had to return that one because it wasn't "new" as advertised (it looked like it had been loved by someone for many years), I liked the product enough to try out a new one. Seemed to be very a very high quality product despite how worn the finish was and how loose it had become with usage. Nevertheless, you could see it had been very well made.
I had also purchased a knock off version of the same item for a little under 1/3rd the price of your product and all I can say about that is that you get what you pay for! I knew I could use it in another closet if I wasn't happy, but had I known I could have just ordered it from you without any risk of paying return shipping had it not worked out, I wouldn't have wasted my time. I don't mind paying for quality items and I loved your lifetime warranty. But I was just worried that I might be dissatisfied with how it worked once I got it, so I was afraid to invest in yours just in case I'd have to return it and pay shipping. I wish I had checked on your return policy sooner! I wasted a lot of time.
So, the moral of the story is, a higher price is worth it to me when I know I can rely upon you in this way. You can be sure I will be a faithful return customer looking at your store first whenever I need to shop."
