Emailed the company and they replied that they would let me know what is going on but never heard back, have written one email and am getting ready to write second one, sounds like I am going to have to dispute this charge based on other bad reviews this company has gotten."
"I had issues with this site from the beginning. The ratings for this site's customer service were mixed but I was drawn in by their low prices. Had I known now how the experience would have been when I ordered, I would have gladly paid more for a more professional transaction.
When I first ordered, the site advertised free shipping on orders over $39.99 on their homepage. However, whenever I tried to check out, I was charged a shipping fee despite numerous attempts to override it. When I called Customer Service regarding the shipping charge, they said certain items were excluded in the fine print although I could not find the fine print listed anywhere on the site.
I decided to place an order anyway and paid the shipping charge. Eight days passed and I called to check on the status of my order and was told item was on backorder from vendor but that they would check with their manager to expedite shipping once it came in.
I called the next day to confirm whether item had come in and to confirm expedited shipping - left a message, but received no response/callback.
I called again the following day to confirm whether item had come in and to confirm expedited shipping – again left a message, and again no response/callback.
Fifteen days had now passed after I placed my order and I finally received an automated email stating that my item had shipped. However, it was NOT sent via expedited shipping as promised and no tracking number was listed.
I finally received the item a total of twenty-four calendar days after ordering and it came wrapped in brown packaging paper and clear packing tape. No cardboard overbox used so the item's original paper box crushed on all 6 sides, with the corner ripped open resulting in a hole which could allow direct access to product inside if you reached in with your hand (the hole was that big). If this was to be a gift for someone, I would have been livid because this was definitely not in any kind of condition to give to anyone.
I was definitely turned off by the poor customer service from start to finish and unless you need to get something at the price they have advertised, I'd stay away or set zero expectations for any kind of reasonable customer service levels with this company."
"Communication was a bit slow, the items took a while to arrive (they came 11 days after order), and the packaging of one item was slightly damaged. However, the items themselves are exactly as represented, and this was the best price out there. And free shipping, so I can't really complain that it took a while to arrive. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience. Just wish communication and delivery had been a bit more prompt. "

"I had an almost exact situation, only it remains unresolved as we speak. I ordered a changing table, and they also failed to mention that it would be out of stock for nearly two months. When the time came, I had to contact them about it. They still didn't have the table, so I requested a refund, but that was a month ago. I still have not received any of MY money, and they are not responding to any of my emails. Paypal tried to encourage me to work with the seller, but this has been fruitless. These jackals are true thieves, in every sense of the word. Unless you want a headache and a lesson in futility, stay away from these gits."
"I ordered a twin stroller from their website on 15 April 2009 which they apparently didn't have in stock and failed to mention it on the website. I ordered the stroller specifically for our trip that we are taking in mid May. They told me that the stroller cannot be shipped until May, 31st, so I had to cancel my order and had to order it from another store. Their Customer Rep told me that the refund was on the way. Well, a week later – still no refund. I contacted them a number of times and every time they told me that they are working on the refund. Two weeks later I finally filed a dispute with PayPal, and two hours later my refund magically appeared in my PayPal account. Terrible customer service!!!"
