"Ordered some Brooks Sneakers on special order on 5/28. They told me they would take about 2- 2 1/2 weeks to come in. I finally ended up calling on 6/14 & they told me they got a message from Brooks Sneakers a couple days after the order that they had a hold on sending sneakers out. However, I was never contacted by them about it. They of course refunded my money, but very disgusted on how they handled this! Will never do business with them again! "
"I have had great service and products at the palm harbor store. I love their Kenkoh sandals but they fell apart within a year. At $100 each they are expensive for a rubber sandal. But you can resole and repair kenkoh sandals for about $15 yourself. I used shoe goo glue, a 24 inch sheet of soling rubber from amazon and a bunch of spring clamps from the home store. Cut a pattern and then cut the rubber. Start at one end of the shoe and glue about a third at a time. Use lots of clamps. It takes about two hours per shoe. Good luck!!"
"Went to Happy Feet in Largo and couldn't get any help! The 2 salespersons were each waiting on a customer, but made no effort to smile, say ANYTHING like we'll be with you as soon as we can, or just hi. They didn't even make eye contact or acknowledge me in any way. I basically sat/stood around for 15-20 minutes and then left. It was like I didn't exist. Rude people."

"I have been a customer of this retailer for many years while visiting FL, and subsequently have continued to do so by mail order. I love (correction: lovED) the Kenkoh massage sandal, and this has (had) been my sole purchase from Happy Feet Plus. Each pair of the constantly $$$$$ escalating rubber sandal would last one - two years.... until my recent purchase in September. The right shoe frayed within 5 weeks of wear, looking like those ripe for replacement. Instead of replacing the shoe, the retailer has been challenging me on the veracity of my claim. So, this will be the last purchase of Kenkohs....and from Happy Feet Plus. They have lost me as a customer permanently. Keep your $$$$$ folks. There must be a good alternative around."
"My FEET are not happy. After being told by Barbara that the sandals called Allrounder by Mephisto could be re-soled I paid over $200.00 dollars. When my Allrounder's needed to be re-soled I called Happy Feet and was given the number of the company they used for resoling only to be told that the Allrounder by Mephisto could not be re-soled.
When I confronted Barbara she told me the manufacturer lead her to believe the Allrounder by Mephisto was re-sole-able. I was lied to by Happy Feet. On Oct 6 2012 what they offered was 25% off if I bought another pair. What a con job using deceptive and false advertising. Save your money and find a different store to buy from. AVOID HAPPY FEET at all cost"
