TERRIBLE Customer Service!
"Ordered some Brooks Sneakers on special order on 5/28. They told me they would take about 2- 2 1/2 weeks to come in. I finally ended up calling on 6/14 & they told me they got a message from Brooks Sneakers a couple days after the order that they had a hold on sending sneakers out. However, I was never contacted by them about it. They of course refunded my money, but very disgusted on how they handled this! Will never do business with them again!"
