"Ordered a motorcycle dolly. Assembled it when it came and noticed the part where the jiffy (kick) stand goes is too short and the jiffy stand rests on top of the dolly. This represents a safety issue. Contacted customer service and attached 3 photos showing them the problem. Got an answer that the issue was referred to the "relevant department". I have since sent them 2 emails asking for an update on the problem. It has been almost 2 months and they seem to be stone walling me hoping I will go away. I probably will file a complaint with my state attorney general just to get something on the record. My experience with Harbor Fright customer service and their concern and followup for my problem has been all negative. I have purchased my last item from them. I would not recommend them. BUYER BEWARE"

& 13th... Drove 38 miles, one way, to go and get their advertised air compressor #95386 for $89.99. Lo and behold no air compressors came in for the sale but here is a worthless rain check. Long story short, I called for weeks, jumped through several hoops, all to just be told that they no longer offer this comressor in the store. Complained to corporate asking for the obvious and was told I would be contacted by the correct department within 5 business days. A month later and still no response. I emailed them one last time and still no response. This has not been my first problem with HF, but I assure you it will be my last. Bait-n-switch is illegal! BUYERS BEWARE- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU ARE ROLLING WEIGHTED DICE!!!"
