"Terrible Customer Service. I've placed a few orders with them, untill the last one service was great. On 9/22/05 I placed a 50.00 dollar order (1 Item), and even paid the extra "speedy processing" fee since the order was placed in the morning. I live literally 45 minutes away from their location and I have yet to get the item! I've emailed them numerous times, and gotten no response(any email to them auto responds about the selling of the domain name and requests customers be - and I quote: "overly patient"). A phone call to their paypal provided 800# shows it's no longer in service. I have made a claim with paypal and hope to get my money back, but it's not looking so good. BUYERS BEWARE!"
"I placed an order on the 7/29/05 they recieved their money that same day from Pay Pal. showed up on my card statement on monday. waited to see if they had processed my order no such luck. on tuesday checked again this was on 08/02/05 no such luck. sent email got a automated response. waited all day for response. sent another one on 08/03/05. same thing. so i sent one to there support site and got another automated response. i found this site and got the #'s but they are no longer in service. i will never dail with them again i cannot even reach them."

"Having ordered several times from HCC is obvious only good things to say and each time they get better. If I need advice, it doesn't get any better.
I ordered their "In House" Ram. Dual Channel PC4000 1gb. This ram went into the MSI K8N Neo2. Those in the know do realize how finicky the board can be. If you go to MSI's site they state this right up front and give a'tested' list. Whats stranger is that i found that guys who went for broke buying the 'suggested/tested' still experienced problems. Not all but enough did.
HCC told me their ram was quality, so I took them at their word. I dropped the 2 sticks into the MSI motherboard, and where the ram is concerned, it's been the SMOOTHEST pc I've set up ever, especially where the ram is concerned.
I don't know how they do it, but this ram is more stable, and accepts any (within reason) voltage changes and bus/speed changes with a grace I've never had before, and at one time or another I've owned every infamous brand of their top shelf stock. Their "House" ram is simply great, and dealing with them is also a good experience....
