"It was incredibly easy to use the Hardware World website, and their prices were very competitive with our previous supplier, Corner Hardware, and often were substantially better. Hardware World's shipping costs were significantly better.

When we inadvertenly submitted two separate internet orders, I called customer service in the hope that the orders could be combined into a single shipment. Not only was Hardware World's customer service agent courteous and responsive to my questions, when I started describing the issues, she asked me if I wanted the orders combined before I got around to asking her. She advised me that it would be easier to cancel the smaller order and revise the larger one.

When I then mentioned that it was critical that the smaller first order arrive in 2 days as originally submitted, she assured me cancelling it and combining it with the larger second order would not delay it. As promised, it arrived as needed.

After inventorying the shipment and discovering that we did not get all of the units of 1 of the items, I sent Hardware World a brief email outlining the issue and requsting they contact me to resolve it. Instead, I received an email advising me they were shipping the missing units to me immediately.

I cannot express how pleased I am with my experience with Hardware World. Not only are they now my vendor of choice, I will recommend Hardware World to all of my friends and colleagues."
