"This is my second review of Hardware World. Since my last review I've had one issue. My order did not deliver as I expected. I called customer service and they said they were backed up due to the Holiday season. I understand all of that, however, on the the website it said that the product I ordered was in stock. Which means it should have shipped as it normally does. After a couple of emails back and forth, customer service did follow through and get my order shipped relatively on time. I have used Hardware World for the last 5 plus years and this is the first time I've had a problem. All in all they have an excellent business, great customer service and overall the best price for what I buy."

I thought the shipping costs were a little excessive for the weight of the product I ordered but it did arrive fairly quickly and in perfect condition.
