"Excellent. However, the product (Stanley MR77 rivet tool,) was defective. The spring loaded ejector feature failed to eject the rivet stem on two of the first three rivets I placed.... on the same day the tool arrived via FedEx. I noticed a slotted part to which I applied a screw driver, expecting to access and free the rivet stem. The part, unknown to me to be spring loaded, flew out, along with the spring, a plastic tube and two sides of a tapered steel part designed to grip the stem. I had no idea how to reinstall these parts!! Looks for directions on line, to no avail. This morning I called Stanley customer support. Stanley offered to ship a replacement tool... thank you very much. The CS person said he had never heard of this issue, but the reading I did on line suggests another story.

I did not bother to contact Hardware World, as my ordering experience was fine, delivery was prompt, and the issue was the product, not the supplier.
