It was kind of a piece of crap visually. "We purchased 2 sets of barstools and they all arrived damaged. They came unassembled which was fine however when we opened the box all of the pieces had just been tossed in. The screws were floating all of the box and the packaging material was wadded up and in pieces. They clearly set us an item that had been previously returned and they did not even bother to repackage it. Instead, they sent us damaged products that they had already tried sending to someone else. The barstools were chipped and scratched and the wood color did not match. The company offered no apology, they told us to ship it back and that they would NOT be replacing it. RUN as fast as you can to another company!!!!"
