"I would give zero stars if possible. This company is a huge ripoff. We bought a canopy bed and paid an extra $150 for their "white glove delivery." The company that was supposed to deliver the bedframe had a "truck breakdown" so they didn't show up until 8:30PM when their normal window was (1pm-5pm) upon arrival, the company unboxed and wished us well putting it together...we were like "uhh no that's what we paid you for." we then find out that the "white glove delivery' that we paid extra for only includes a set up on things with "no tools." AS the representative points out, that it is explained in bullet points under more delivery info which you have to knowingly click on. It is not clearly stated on the website under delivery options. Why say they will build something that takes "no tools" as a perk? As the representative told me...."oh, they only do things that take no tools like putting a mirror on a table." Are you kidding me? How are you a furniture company?

Stay away from this company, they have no customer service skills. They are a joke and will argue with you regarding wording on a website instead of actually helping to resolve the issue."
