"This company sells stuff on amazon and does not put any information on return policy until item is shipped to you. Policy is in the box. They do not charge for shipping but make you pay the return. The item was too big to fit in our car (triplet stroller) so even though they have a contract with shipping company’s and only paid $2 for shipping they refused to help us with return (which we would have paid them the cost) instead they told us we had to pay shipping ourselves. Which was $650.00!!! And a restocking fee on top of that! So we were forced to keep a expensive product we didn’t want. Horrible company trying to cheat you out of money!!! Do not buy anything from them!!!"
"If I can give it 0, I will -- for its poor product and more for its awful customer service. I ordered a more expensive baby carrier as a gift. It costs more than other sellers. I bought from this seller via Walmart because I wanted to have a reliable product in brand new condition. When I received my order after days of anxious waiting, I couldn't believe it what I've seen. The carrier came in a cheap baby carrier box with the model handwritten on the box. It's not possible to send as a gift. I started to email the seller and call the seller. After all the attempts to reach them with all the order information, all I received is one email from its customer service. I quote here, "What is your order ID?" That's all I've ever heard from them. I paid more than $20 plus to return the carrier. Now it takes away from me another $20 plus. What a waste of time and money.... What kind of seller is it? Stay away from it. As far as I know, the only seller which operates like this scammer is China-based 86mall.com. Why is it still in business?"
"I have never written a review but feel it is a must. My order came smashed and ruined. Couldn't give the items for gifts as planned. They wanted me to pay for shipping to return it (really??, it was their fault). I got told a few different things, none of them for real. This company doesn't deserve to be in business. Those companies that supply them should get rid of them. Worst customer service experience. I agree with all the reviews except the one 5 star which was probably written by an employee. "OMG!! It sounds like they just keep sending returned damaged products. They are making their money by charging restocking fees to customers they know will have to return these damaged or wrong order items!!! Shame on walmart for doing business with them!
I ordered the halo basinett and I knew as soon as I opened the box I was not the first person this has been shipped to. But I went ahead and unpacked the box. The pedestal was damaged. Damage did not happen during shipping. If it had, the plastic pieces that are broken off would be in the box. This is a heavy box that I'm sure will cost a chunk to ship back. I havn't even started the return process and I'm very nervous after reading the reviews. Unfrickenbelieveable!! Wish I had read these before. I really didn't think Walmart would contract with such an operation."
"Same issues as most of the others. I was sent a box that had been opened previously. Since it was possibly a used carseat, I contacted them for a return and paid return shipping. Process dragged out for a month to resolve with the same representative asking the same questions multiple times via email. Resolution was finally that their accounting department decided since there was no physical damage to the seat, they would not pay return shipping. I'd rather not have a used and potentially unsafe seat so I'll foot the bill to return. It cost $60 to return and then they charged me a $100 restocking fee."
"Worst company EVER! They sold me an INCOMPATABLE travel system. I caught the mistake and spoke to them on the phone several times. I was assured that the correct car seat would be mailed, meaning a car seat that would fit the stroller I was buying. After all that, not only did they still send me the wrong and incompatible car seat, they sent me someone else's rejected car seat! There was the previous purchasers return slip in my box, with a note stating the car seat is not compatible with the stroller. This means the company knew what they were doing! They KNEW they were selling an incompatible car seat/stroller system and they continue to sell it anyway!!! I wish I saw these reviews before I bought from them."
"I had registered off Walmart for my baby shower. I had received 3 breast pumps as people didn't check they bought off a registry. When I went to return the item at Walmart was told I couldn't since it was shipped from Health Check Systems directly. I spoke to Caprice on the phone and through email. They will take the return back at a 10% restocking fee ($25.00) and I pay shipping back to them. There is no exception to waive the fee even though I have 2 of their pumps still that I was going to keep and use. Obviously not a valid customer after having 3 breast pumps and accessories ordered in last 30 days. Over $600 and no exception on the restocking fee. Looks like I will return all of them and purchase from a vendor that works with families. "
"Buyer Beware! Do not purchase products from this company. I paid extra for expedited shipping, only to receive the package after the date at which I needed the product. Package was in horrible condition and box disintegrated in my hands upon opening...requiring new box for return shipping. Product was in used condition. Upon returning product was refunded 90% of original purchase price (not shipping). I have disputed entire transaction with cc company and am hopeful AMEX will refund my out of pocket costs for this bad experience. And Customer Service (Harvey) isn't much help either, always referring me to "Accounting" which is conveniently always out of the office. "

"This is the worse place I have ever had to deal with. Returned an item that was damaged and all I wanted was a replacement. After 3 weeks I keep being told it is in the warehouse being processed and then told the person handling it is on vacation for a week. I decided to contact walmart.com and they also called the company and was told a refund had already been processed and the person they talked to was very rude. How is it that I was told this morning it was still waiting for approval by a manager who just came back today but they tell walmart a refund was issued.. Walmart.com was very helpful in resolving my problem. Had to pay to ship the product back and then they want to charge a restocking fee for something that was broke to start off with. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If ordering off of any website please make sure this isn't one of their 3rd party participants. Worse customer service and manners in a company that I have ever seen. Better Business Bureau needs to check them out."

"If you order from them you better pray that you get the right order shipped to you. I am going on day 5 with 2-3 calls a day (that I am making) to try to return an incorrect item. They are rude and won't do anything to help you. I have left several messages with the manager and still have not received a returned call. I just found out through Newegg and amazon reviews that A LOT of people have run into the same issue. I guess I should've done my research before placing my order... buyers beware and learn from my mistake. The worst part is that I paid $40 more then what this model sells for just for a specific designed that they had pictured. What a joke."
