"I placed my order last March. It was back ordered for a very long time. Finally many weeks later, I received a call from the company to ask if I wanted to change the number of items I had ordered. I requested the order be cancelled, because of the long delay, I had purchased the product elsewhere. I was told the order couldn't be cancelled, that I had already paid for it and I had to accept delivery. I was also told that the order couldn't be stopped. I was about to leave town and would not be here to accept it, so had to inconvenience a neighbor to retrieve my package when it arrived. I will not order here again, because I did not like the way the transaction was handled."
"I placed my order on 5/12/12 (Saturday). HealthSuperstore didn't ship it unitl 5/17/12 (Thursday). I received it on 5/23/12 = 11 days after I ordered it. I was very surprised that it took so long to pack my order. "

"In May, 2012 I bought 3 monts supply of Vivida Anti-Aging Supplements. I got the supplemets and to my surprise the expiration date ("best before") was August 2012. Only 3 months ahead. I was not planing to take these supplements now because I still have some boxes that I bought from another store, and these that I had already purchased months ago have a muich later expiration date than of the boxes that was supplied to me. When one buys some form of medicine or vitamins, it is expected to have a lasting expiration date, and the fact that these didn't means I have to take the supplements now- I am extremely disatisfied. "

1.The shipping address was verified and confirmed by Paypal and our payment was already pre-paid through paypal.
2. This was not our first order and the shipping address is the same as before.
3. Twice the shipping was delayed, not just this order.
4. You did not contact us in any way regarding the shipping address whatsoever, not even AFTER we emailed in.
5. If we hadn't emailed in, for 2 times now, what would have happened to the orders? nothing, just endless waiting and wondering what happened to the order and payment.

1. Shipping LABEL was CREATED on May 8.
2. Actual shipment didn't go out until May 9 Wednesday and received by the carrier USPS.
As always, online retailers always try to shirk from and deflect the real issues instead of addressing them properly.

1.Previous order placed July 5, 2011. Payment was pre-paid via paypal also on July 5, 2011. Shipment didn't go out until at the end of day on July 7, 2011, AFTER THE FACT that we emailed in earlier that same day to inquire about the order.
2.Had to email and then called in on July 7 to get it shipped out.
All our orders are fairly large, $200 and $170 in 2 separate orders. And yet the customer service level and shipping fulfillment do not reflect as such. People generally think if you are a repeated customer, they will value you more, well, but not here. If you are really serious about addressing the issues and improve your customer service, you would have called us directly after seeing our review here (since you already know who we are and have our contact details) instead of posting irrelevant issues that would resolve nothing but to discourage other shoppers even more."
