My Wife and I ordered two bottles of U4EA-X and two bottles of U4EA (as you guys were apparently out of the U4EA-X after the two that I ordered) on 3/14/12. I marked these to be shipped, via two-day air, as I always do (I have ordered dozens of bottles from you guys). However, when the second day came and went, than the third and fourth; I decided to give you guys a call. I was told that you all were in the middle of performing an "inventory" and that this would cause a delay in the shipping. Needless to say, I was not happy. I was not informed of this and if I had not called, I would have been waiting for, what turned out to be eight days to receive my order. This means that it took you guys five to six days to process the order. Next, when I opened the U4EA-X, the product had apparently turned brown due to age, from an original white color, and had gelled into gross chunks. This happens when the product is too old. This is not what I have become accustomed too with you guy's service. All I can say is that I am very dissatisfied with the time frame it took to receive, and especially with the product quality I received. I truly feel as if I threw away my $200.00+ on this order. "
