"I placed my order with Health Warehouse on August 5, including my CC payment, for 3 prescriptions.
I then revisited their website every day to check the status of my order. I also reached out to my doctor’s office to confirm that the prescriptions were submitted promptly.
Today, August 22, one of my prescriptions still hasn’t been mailed; in fact, it has disappeared from their system. The other two were mailed on August 14 and 15, respectively, and received August 17 and 19.
My doctor’s office had to call twice to get some progress, and there’s still no word about the third (missing) prescription."

"Ordering on line was simple. No issue. Payment was no issue. There was no option to select a delivery method other than USPS. USPS looses more packages than they deliver in addition to taking much longer than estimated / expected. The delivery issue belongs to USPS but the option to select another delivery method is yours."

“Jonathan, I'm sorry about the confusion. The bill caps prices on prescription filled through Medicare copays. We do not accept any for of insurance or copay/discount cards, meaning we do not get access to the price breaks that traditional pharmacies are seeing after this bill. In order to get the $35 price, you would need to transfer your prescription to a traditional pharmacy that accepts your insurance (Medicare.) We want you to get the price possible, so we're happy to transfer your prescription out if you find a pharmacy you're able to use.
